I recently read a book which deals with spirituality; by far, my first book on such a subject. Reading the first few chapters gave me an impression that these are simple things put in the form of complex sentences. It had given forms to the kind of emotions we have. But one simple fact really impressed me- ‘You are not your thoughts’. When we think into it, we realize that every one of us will already know it. The thought is the process of our brain, a physical part in us. In fact, even in the previous statement we mention ‘you’ and ‘your thoughts’ are two different entities. When we finally realize this, changing our thought process requires only a second.

Global warming has left tropical countries to feel the heat of not only the sun but consequently also the rising expenditure of electricity usage. The temperatures are touching 40 degree Celsius everyday now and the Air conditioners are running almost twenty four hours a day in every household. The Drive Back!!

We stayed for a day at my native. It was getting late for dad and he had to get back to his office and so we decided to start early morning by four. But that wouldn’t be the case. Both dad and I got up late and so we could start by 5 only. But we hurried up and were ready by five thirty. Dad drove for some thirty kilometers and then the road was open for me to drive. The next 230 kilometers flew by in 4 and half hours. We reached our home by ten thirty. Finally – home sweet home and time for a well deserved sleep!
